The Opportunity
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Key Holder, strategically manages and promotes sales culture within a Retail environment to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning and expense control. They guarantee consistently high customer experience within the Store per Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards.

The Opportunity

Your Daily Adventures
- You will fully understand computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions, such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
- You will employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term relationships with customers, focusing on building sales.
- You will build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion and capturing customer phone and email.
- You will assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
- You will support the sales floor team on replenishment, recovery, and selling.
- You will become familiar with all stock loss and security procedures and ensure attention to these at all times.
- You will assist with all other duties as required by store management.
- You possess an outgoing and fun personality.
- You demonstrate a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- You can work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- You have strong communication skills and can foster a customer-focused selling culture.
