As we grow, we're looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Business Development & Account Manager to help us grow with intention — someone who knows how to build trust, spot opportunity, and follow through.


Your Mission

We want our customers to grow — and stay with Canadoor. Your role is to:

  • Nurture existing commercial accounts to increase spend and deepen partnerships.
  • Re-engage dormant customers with personalized outreach and proactive value.
  • Find and close new opportunities in the construction, property management, and industrial sectors.


You’ll be backed by a strong inside sales team, the latest CRM tools (ServiceTitan), and hundreds of warm leads. You’ll bring drive, curiosity, and care.


What You’ll Do Grow Existing Customers
  • Review client history, open estimates, and previous service to identify opportunities.
  • Pitch and deliver Preventive Maintenance (PMI) contracts — position them as a cost-saving investment.
  • Conduct site visits and build relationships in person.
  • Work hand-in-hand with estimating and service to deliver value.


Find New Business
  • Prospect through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Build relationships with facility managers, property managers, and associations (like the Chamber of Commerce or BCA).
  • Explore under-tapped sectors (like mining) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Attend networking breakfasts/lunches and local business events to expand Canadoor’s reach.


Drive Sales Performance
  • Log all activity in ServiceTitan and track your pipeline.
  • Work from a clear KPI plan and collaborate with the team weekly to stay accountable.
  • Submit monthly commission tracking using provided templates.
  • Represent Canadoor with professionalism, integrity, and confidence.


Pay & Performance
  • Base Salary: $50,000/year
  • Commission:
  • 18% of gross profit (55% GP of completed jobs) from new customers.
  • 10% of gross profit (55% GP of completed jobs) growth from existing customers.


Uncapped earnings — successful reps can exceed $270,000/year.

What You Need
  • 2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience
  • Bonus: Background in construction, garage doors, trades, or property services
  • Skilled communicator — in-person, by phone, and by email
  • Tech-savvy: You’ll be using ServiceTitan, Google Workspace, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Self-starter with strong organization and follow-through
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel across Central Ontario
