Role

This position is a multifaceted role which requires interaction with customers, tenants, assisting with the planning, development and execution of marketing campaigns, coaching and supervising staff and managing programs such as social media, gift cards, campaigns and more.

Role
As the Guest and Digital Experience Supervisor, you will coordinate the delivery of an outstanding experience for tenants and customers, in-person and within our online community. This position is a multifaceted role which requires interaction with customers, tenants, assisting with the planning, development and execution of marketing campaigns, coaching and supervising staff and managing programs such as social media, gift cards, campaigns and more.
- Demonstrate exceptional guest and digital experience to all patrons onsite and online.
- Develop and foster positive relations with tenants, community groups, suppliers and co-workers.
- Coordinate and execute events and programs successfully using an assigned budget & ensuring accuracy and integrity in each program, in conjunction with the Marketing Manager.
- Oversee the Guest Services team, in conjunction with the Marketing Manager.
- Assist in the development and execution of a social media strategy, monitoring and reporting results on all platforms.
- Execute first rate Gift Card program, which includes developing strategies to increase sales, tracking sales trends, ordering and controlling inventory, daily/monthly reconciliation and registering new tenants.
- Assist the Marketing Manager with hiring, and onboarding of new team members.
- Maintain a centralized database to log feedback from customers, retailers and staff.
- Mediate and liaise between the customers and tenants when conflict arises with the goal to restore harmony amongst both parties, where appropriate
- Manage Community and Non-Profit Bookings and ensure all contracts and insurance requirements are submitted and accurate.
- Ensuring effective communication, phones, email, and in person, at all times
- Record correspondence and relay concerns from tenants and customers to appropriate departments.
- Hold regular staff meetings to ensure effective communication.
- Provide support to other departments as requested.
- Oversee tracking of Zero Waste program (if applicable)
- Oversee tenant support program – Angus.
- Ability to work longer hours during special events and seasonal peaks (December)
- Other duties as assigned by your manager.

- 2-4 years marketing experience, preferably within a retail advertising environment
- Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field
- Marketing I or II from ICSC an asset
- Socially adept, congenial and proficient in dealing with diverse personality types with tact and diplomacy
- Strong understanding of Shopping Centre terms and traffic strategies an asset
- Computer literate with skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word), Meta, Canva, Hootsuite and CapCut.
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
- Communicate clearly, concisely, professionally and convey active listening and openness
- Build positive relationships and demonstrate commitment, effort and a "take charge" attitude
- Produce accurate work with attention to detail and consistently meet deadlines
- Take ownership for actions, accept constructive criticism and make the necessary changes to behavior
