This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. What You Will Be Doing
- Crafting and developing high-quality AI automations to streamline processes, boost productivity, and provide robust, scalable solutions across various applications
- Exploring cutting-edge AI tools like GPT-4 Vision and Amazon CodeWhisperer, integrating them into our development process to evaluate and enhance their effectiveness
- Assessing and refining the deployment of AI solutions across diverse infrastructures, including AWS, to ensure smooth performance and integration
- Traditional coding - our AI handles the heavy lifting, allowing you to focus on innovation and strategy
- Being bogged down by repetitive tasks - every challenge is unique
Designing and deploying advanced, fully-automated AI systems that require no human intervention, ensuring a truly scalable impact
Basic Requirements
- AI-First Mindset (if your instinct is to write code first and then use AI tools to verify or enhance your code, rather than the other way around, please do not apply)
- At least 5 years of professional work experience
- Proficiency in Python and AWS
- Familiarity with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
- Proven experience in implementing Generative AI solutions with substantial quantitative impact
- Experience in leveraging various LLMs through their APIs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address business challenges
