- Mill/kiln maintenance experience (asset)
- Ability to read blueprints and work safely with tools and heavy equipment
- Comfortable with 3-shift and/or weekend shift rotations
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Familiarity with kiln hot oil systems
- Welding or fabrication experience
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on safety and continuous improvement
- Comfort working in automated/PLC-based production environments
