You will collaborate with sales, technical teams, and clients to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain AV solutions, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet all requirements. - Remote Troubleshooting of existing installations through Remote Computers installed on site using Crestron Software
- Creating entry logs, keeping track of hours spent
- Initiating RMA requests, liaising with manufacturer's Tech support
- If required, travel to sites to troubleshoot issues in person and perform equipment
- maintenance
- Commissioning completed systems
- Crestron Programming of systems (depending on experience)
- End User Training
- Manual creation
- Ability to remotely assess and troubleshoot issues using TeamViewer or other VNC Client
- Proficient in Crestron programming and / or debugging
- Excellent knowledge of Audio in corporate environments for conference applications, live events
- Knowledge of RF technologies and proper setup of wireless devices (Microphones etc.)
- Strong DSP configuration/programming skills (Biamp and QSC prefered)
- Ability to tune the System for optimal performance, commission Audio using proper techniques
- Excellent knowledge of Digital video, understanding of EDID, HDCP content management, scaling
- Knowledge and experience with Video Calibration - Video walls, Projectors etc.
- Excellent knowledge of networking as it pertains to AV
- Knowledge and experience in setting up Dante, AVB, Video over IP and control networks
- Setting up Routers, Managed Switches and wireless access points
- Experience in operating Diagnostic equipment - Audio Toolbox, Sencore Video calibration tools, Fluke fibre testers etc.
- Ability to read and understand AV Functional drawings
- Experience in commissioning and servicing large AV Systems
- Punctuality and ability to communicate in professional manner
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Class G Drivers License
