Position Overview: Compugen is seeking a Database Administrator working part time 50 hour per month for a 5 year term.

Key Responsibilities:

• 24/7/365 incident support with 1-hour response time
• Services include performance tuning, diagnostics, replication (GoldenGate/Data Guard), and backup/recovery
• Support only for Oracle EE/SE and Microsoft SQL Server EE/SE
• Monitoring and assessing the health and performance of database environments.
• Technical expertise and guidance in addressing issues and challenges.
• Security related issues.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Performance tuning and optimization
• Database management assistance.
• Database backup/recovery, corrupt block mitigation
• Tablespace management
• Diagnostics
• Replication (including GoldenGate and Active Data Guard)
• Data corrections
  
  
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with GoldenGate/Data Guard
• Experience with Oracle EE/SE and SQL Server
