Compensation Details:
At Auvik, our compensation philosophy is to be market competitive, reward performance, reflect our commitment to equity and maintain transparency with our employees. We have defined job levels and compensation ranges for each of our markets we employ, based on research from various sources of market data, which are reviewed on a regular basis.
The hiring range for this position is listed below. Compensation offered for candidates in this role is based on a number of factors including job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. These factors may cause your compensation to vary within the range outlined below.
In addition to cash compensation, all full-time employees are granted stock options to share in Auvik's future successes. Auvik employees are eligible to participate in additional benefits and programs including our comprehensive health and dental benefits plan, Wellness spending account, GRSP matching program, flexible paid time off, paid parental leave program, and are eligible for remote working subsidies.
Salary Range:
$90,500—$117,500 CAD

What will I be doing?
- Owning monthly investor reporting. Building the package that our internal and external stakeholders use each month to run the business.
- Serve as a key business partner working directly with stakeholders to provide financial analysis and support in regards to strategic planning, scenario modeling and development of business cases.
- Build balance sheet and cash flow forecasts within our planning system
- Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency by identifying financial and operational control gaps and making recommendations to mitigate risks and improve internal systems and processes
- Conduct SaaS metric benchmarking & competitive analysis
- Support with corporate development activities
- Assist with additional projects/ad hoc requests as required
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar analytical role
- Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, CPA or working towards one
- A true problem-solver with strong analytical skills and the ability to provide recommendations and solutions based on thorough analysis and a deep understanding of the underlying data. Look beyond the obvious to understand the root cause of problems, not just the obvious stuff
- Works with others to deliver results, meaningfully contributing to the team and prioritizing group needs over individual needs
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong business acumen, experience/knowledge of sales funnels and SaaS metrics is an asset
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker or other data visualization tools
- In-depth knowledge of financial planning systems, experience with Sage Intacct and Planful is an asset
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
