We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving growth within their accounts.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving growth within their accounts.
Your day-to-day
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chatter by Stingray clients, addressing their needs and concerns
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and ensuring that our platform is meeting their needs
- Onboard new clients, guiding them through the implementation process and ensuring a smooth transition to our platform
- Conduct regular client meetings, including quarterly business reviews, to discuss performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans
- Monitor client health, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and support, to address client needs and drive account growth
- Advocate for clients internally, providing feedback and insights to help improve our product and service offerings
- Maintain a deep understanding of Chatter by Stingray’s platform and industry best practices, ensuring clients are maximizing the value of our solution
- Achieve and exceed client retention and growth targets
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a client success, account management, or similar role, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for customer success and a commitment to delivering exceptional value to clients
- Familiarity with communication and collaboration tools, CRM systems, and data analysis tools
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and events
