Location: Abbotsford | Full-Time

$70-$80K salary plus bonus

Overview

Lead branch ops, sales, and team for a building materials retail location. Drive revenue, manage inventory, ensure customer satisfaction, and enforce safety/compliance.

Key Tasks

• Boost sales & build customer relationships
• Manage staff, scheduling, and training
• Oversee inventory, shipping/receiving, and merchandising
• Ensure safe, efficient daily operations
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ yrs retail/building materials mgmt.
• Warehouse experience
• Sales experience
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office & POS systems
• Post secondary in business/management preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs & work on feet
