Position Summary
Reporting to the Controller, the Financial Analyst is responsible for financial performance reporting and analysis. Detail oriented and skilled at managing competing priorities you are responsible for working with all business partners to compile and analyze accurate information to support their decision-making process.

Key Accountabilities
- Maintain financial and accounting records and transactions;
- Prepare accurate and timely financial close reporting and analysis for month-end processes and value-add projects;
- Conduct variance analysis (expenses, labor, COGs, margin) to identify cost drivers and recommend corrective actions;
- Assessing, evaluating and improving internal control systems to ensure integrity of the financial reporting data;
- Monitor relevance and efficiency of financial reporting. Define and address financial performance reporting issues, engage all involved parties to resolve these issues, recommend improvements;
- Participate in and provide external audit requirements through the preparation of accurate working papers;
- Other duties as required.
- Completion or in the final stages of an accounting designation program (CPA);
- Minimum 3-5 years working in a finance analyst role with accounting, analysis and financial reporting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong advanced level in MS Excel
- Working knowledge of financial/operational database ERP systems
- Ability to prioritize competing demands through excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- An enthusiastic, process oriented, self starter who ensures accuracy with the utmost regard to confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills partnered with the ability to communicate effectively with all areas of the organization.
