- Monitor Senate and House of Commons committee activities; compile and deliver weekly summaries highlighting key updates and implications.
- Maintain a comprehensive stakeholder contact list and association membership database.
- Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards to track engagement metrics and policy outcomes.
- Produce monthly and quarterly reports on stakeholder activity and engagement results.
- Improve integration between Power BI, Outlook, and SharePoint for streamlined reporting.
- Source and summarize media and AI-generated insights on relevant policy topics twice weekly.
- Maintain and organize SharePoint archives for government affairs documentation.
- You are enrolled in a university program in political science, public administration, international relations, communications, or a related field.
- You have strong understanding of the Canadian political system and public policy landscape.
- You have experience in research, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- You are comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI, SharePoint, Outlook, and Asana is an asset.
- Experience with social media monitoring is an asset.
- Location: Administrative Centre (CA)
- Duration: 8 months
