- Log and tag footage into our master drive and Frame.iodatabase, ensuring accurate and searchable metadata for future use
- Assist with footage ingest, organizing Frame.io projects, and archiving files according to our workflows
- Serve as production assistant (PA) on set — from managing gear to helping talent and crew
- Help create basic motion graphics and templates (titles, slates, lower thirds)
- Support editors by assembling selects and/or loops for events
- Capture behind-the-scenes photography and videography during select productions
- You are studying for a bachelor’s degree in communications, media arts, digital media, or related field
- You have experience with Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or Resolve
- You are familiar with motion design tools like After Effects, Apple Motion, or DaVinci Fusion (no formal training required but is welcomed)
- You are extremely organized and curious — you love learning workflows and creating order from chaos
- You are a strong communicator and team player who takes initiative
- You are comfortable with being on set and supporting a fast-moving production team
- You are comfortable in a MacOS environment
- Photography skills are an asset
- Location: Administrative Centre (CA)
- Duration: 8 months
