This role is the primary customer contact during the Customer Ordering and or Service experience, communicating expectations to the customer, and ensuring that the process flows smoothly. Ensures a balance between customer satisfaction, retention and company profitability. Provides timely, effective and professional responses to a variety of customer inquiries while consistently ensuring delivery of exceptional customer experience during every interaction.

- Handles inbound customer service calls, inquiries and complaints while consistently ensuring delivery of a positive experience during every customer interaction.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
- Researches and resolves product or service concerns by selecting the appropriate action to expedite the immediate resolution while delivering an optimal customer experience.
- Track issues and communications with customers
- Understand and escalate any issues that arise during the order process
- Education and Experience: HS/GED and 1-2 years in sales, retail, customer service
- Education: Associates (or certificate)
- Experience: 3+ years
