About Us
STRIVE is a specialist recruitment firm offering proactive recruitment solutions in the areas of Accounting & Finance, Corporate Administration, and Manufacturing Operations. STRIVE supports various clients from small to medium-sized enterprises to Fortune 500 organizations for their permanent, contract, and temporary recruitment needs.
The Role
Our client is a growing and reputable food establishment based in Delta, BC, and on their behalf, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist to manage shipments across North America. This is a full-time, permanent, morning shift between Monday and Saturday.
This opportunity offers 45-50 hours per week, requiring the flexibility to accommodate on-call hours should any issues were to arise with BOLs, as well as weekend work. This role allows the flexibility to start as early as 5:30 AM or as late as 10:30 AM on some days, as long as full-time hours are covered.
This is a hybrid vacancy requiring 2 days to work from home, and 3 days at the Delta facility, after the training period has been completed in 3-5 months.
The right candidate will have the ability to travel to the US, as once a year, there may be a trip scheduled to California. The facility is not transit accessible; therefore, a vehicle is required to get there. Spanish and English bilingualism is a strong asset; preference will be given to those bilingual candidates.
