Make an impact with our Administration team as a Receptionist. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the firm by supporting internal and external clients. As a trusted advisor, you’ll ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls including directing them to appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule and follow up with client appointments.
  • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical activities
  • Assist in e-filing relevant documents in a timely manner ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines.
  • Prepare schedules, reports and other documents.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses, and industry.
  • Follow up with creditors regarding submitted paperwork or file particulars.
  • Update/maintain internal database.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple calendars.


Skills And Experience

  • Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset.
  • Administrative experience in a professional working environment is considered an asset.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
