Role Summary

As an Order Administrator within the Order Management team, you will play a vital role in supporting Direct and Dealer Sales Channels. This entry-level position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working collaboratively, managing data, and ensuring accurate and timely order processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and screen all incoming orders with high accuracy and efficiency

  • Verify order details and liaise with sales coordinators to resolve any discrepancies or required changes

  • Reconcile current applications with customer databases and ensure all information is current

  • Process billing contracts and update internal systems post-shipment

  • Monitor pricing, promotions, and product offerings to ensure accuracy in orders

  • Support team members as needed and act as a backup during absences

  • Work additional hours during peak periods (e.g., month-end deadlines), with time in lieu

  • Maintain accurate ISO documentation and compliance standards

  • Contribute to special projects and related administrative tasks

Your Profile

  • High school diploma required (post-secondary education preferred)

  • 2–5 years of experience in order administration or a related field

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Highly organized with excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

  • Quick to learn internal systems and order processing platforms

  • Detail-focused, solutions-driven, and collaborative

  • Familiarity with internal documentation standards and processes is an asset

This position has a salary range of $40,000 - $45,000 CAD
