Job Objective :


Reporting to the National Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth as well as achieving sales and profitability targets for the client. This role involves the development of sales plans in collaboration with business partners to meet sales objectives and support Yoplait Liberté Canada business goals.


Key Responsibilities:


National Account Management:


1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales and profit objectives.

2. Prepare client presentations, sometimes in the form of JBP (Joint Business Planning), as well as sales reports to identify opportunities that are aligned with corporate strategies.

3. Manage budgets effectively, in line with company objectives.

4. Prepare precise sales forecasts for production planning.

5. Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service.


Sales Growth & Development:


1. Analyze internal sales reports, Nielsen data, client data and market trends to propose growth opportunities aligned with corporate strategies.

2. Lead product launches presentations and execution at retail locations.

3. Negotiate programs, agreements and support planogram management.

4. Build and maintain a promotional calendar in line with corporate strategies.

5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, production and logistics, to ensure client needs are met.

6. Support the retail sales team to enhance their contribution to account growth.

7. Work closely with internal and external departments to ensure the right tactics are implemented to support the plan.


Job Requirements:


• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in client management. (Fresh category management is an asset)

• Strong knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.

• An experience working with Loblaws would be a great advantage

• Knowledge of the food industry (dairy industry experience is an asset).
