What You Will Be Doing
- Architect and implement cutting-edge AI automation systems that deliver quantifiable productivity gains across diverse enterprise applications
- Pioneer experimental implementations of advanced AI technologies including GPT-4 Vision and Amazon CodeWhisperer, establishing new benchmarks for their practical application
- Optimize AI solution deployments across AWS infrastructure, ensuring maximum performance, scalability, and seamless integration with existing systems
- Writing conventional code from scratch—our AI-first approach means you'll be orchestrating intelligent systems rather than manual programming
- Solving the same problems repeatedly—each challenge presents unique complexities that demand creative AI-driven solutions
- Navigating bureaucratic approval processes—we prioritize rapid implementation and measurable results over procedural formalities
- Creating theoretical models without practical applications—every solution you develop will address specific business challenges

Basic Requirements
- Demonstrated AI-First Mindset—you must approach problems by leveraging AI tools as your primary solution strategy, not as an afterthought
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in relevant technical roles
- Advanced proficiency in Python programming and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Proven expertise with GenAI code assistants including Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, and v0.dev
- Verifiable track record of implementing Generative AI solutions with quantifiable business impact
- Extensive experience utilizing various LLM APIs (GPT, Claude, Mistral) to solve complex business challenges
