Our valued Aviation client are seeking an Aircraft Asset Manager to join their busy team on a full time basis.
Reporting
The Aircraft Asset Manager reports directly to the Technical Director.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities
- Technical and financial oversight of maintenance projects at MRO Facilities (internal and external).
- Validate and approve work scopes for overhaul or exchange of components.
- Working with the records audit group to develop work-scopes for the return to service and lease delivery requirements.
- Provide technical support for the management of leased aircraft.
- Provide technical expertise for contractual decisions relating to leased aircraft for lease returns, lease deliveries, aircraft repossession and aircraft purchases.
- Provide input on estimating the costs associated with lease return and lease delivery scope of work.
- Liaise with customers on technical/ contractual aspects of leased aircraft.
- Provide evaluation and approval of work eligible for maintenance reserve claims.
- Provide advisory services on all technical matters supporting aircraft leasing, purchases and sales transactions.
- Conduct on-site technical audits at Lessee facilities.
- Liaise with the requisite regulatory authorities as required.
- Assist the marketing and operations departments during aircraft transitions.
Qualifications
- Licensed AME M2 or AME-E, experienced on Dash 8 all series, CRJ all series or 737 classic and NG required.
- Good understanding of aircraft acquisition and import/export procedures.
- Good understanding of major repair & alterations.
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements for aircraft records.
- Possess the aptitude to quickly understand our client's business and operational activities and capabilities.
- Possess excellent communication skills in English and be able to adapt to rapid changes in a positive manner and work to tight deadlines.
- Be resourceful with a flexible outlook, can multi-task to handle competing priorities and be able to fit into an international dynamic and multi-cultural environment.
- Exceptional attention to details.
- Solid organization skills, with ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office programs and maintenance tracking software. (CAMP, Traxxall)
- Ability to travel.
Experience
- At least 5+ years' work experience in a senior or lead maintenance role.
- Previous experience in a similar aviation maintenance management role.
