Responsibilities:

• Manage team of up to 4 people while performing services; motivate, coach, and mentor team
• Performs landscape "Extras" such as hand garden weeding, planting of annuals, perennials, shrubs, spring clean-up, fall clean-up, trimming, and pruning, garden bed creation, sod and tree install, mulch install and planting
• Operates a variety of mechanical and hand equipment including but not limited to bed edgers, commercial mowers, blowers, dump trailers, pruners, line trimmers, and tillers
• Address clients' questions, comments, and concerns
• Complete daily paperwork ie: vehicle and trailer checklist, work orders, fertilizing sheets, and other required documents
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted G Driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
• Three years' experience in this or a related field
• Previous leadership experience
• Able to work days, weekends, early morning, early evening
• Willingness to work occasional overtime
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature
