The consultant will support the Secretariat in conducting a study for the Conference of the Parties on contribution rates into the Cali Fund, including implications for revenue generation and economic competitiveness. The deliverables of this consultancy are: 1. Concept note for this study. 2. Desktop review of existing contribution rate models, their impacts on revenue generation and competitiveness, and other factors relevant to the Cali Fund. 3. Models of varying contribution rates, including the indicative rates currently in place, across sectors and regions, and their respective impacts on revenue and competitiveness. 4. Presentation(s) of results to date. 5. Final study, including a recommendation for the Parties, an executive summary.
