What to expect:
As Amilia’s next Partnership Specialist, you’ll join a small, fast-moving team expanding our partner ecosystem. Your days will be split between finding new partners, deepening trust with existing ones, and coordinating with Sales, Product, and Marketing to turn each partnership into customer value.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Manage and nurture existing partner relationships through regular check-ins and personal engagement to foster trust and mutual growth.
- Identify and activate co-sell plays and uncover new revenue opportunities within the existing partner ecosystem.
- Proactively source new technology and service partners that align with Amilia’s growth strategy and market expansion goals.
- Lead the onboarding process for new partners to ensure smooth integration, clear expectations, and rapid time-to-value for both parties.
- Drive partnership projects end-to-end, coordinating with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to keep everyone aligned.
- Shape joint value messaging and provide assets that help both our partners and sales reps win deals and campaigns.
- Deliver training, maintain a clear partner pipeline, and track referral and co-sell influence toward quota.
- Prioritize, scope, and launch partner integrations, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to customer impact.
What we want from you:
- Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, account management, partnerships, or related fields.
- Demonstrate a robust understanding of business operations.
- Have previous involvement in the technology sector, preferably in SaaS.
- Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities in English.
- Display a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Have practical experience utilizing a CRM system.
- Knowledge of APIs and integration terminology considered an asset.
- Ability to convey complex information in a clear and straightforward manner.
