Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst in the Oil and Gas Industry in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta.

Responsibilities

• Manage Utility accounts payments processing including downloading, coding and processing of utility statements
• Validate and process invoices; this includes PO invoices and non-PO invoices
• Follow-up on invoice exceptions as required
• Monitor and track performance to KPI’s
• Assist with the review/processing of invoices with holdbacks and withholding tax
• Support management of inquiries and issue resolution for invoices and payments
  
  

Successful Candidates Will Have

• 5+ years direct AP processing in the oil and gas industry
• Solid SAP work experience
• Working knowledge of Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) preferred
• Basic accounting knowledge including knowledge of withholding taxes, and holdbacks
• Superior organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills; excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
• Experience managing 150 daily invoices
  
  

Total Rewards

• $40.00 hourly
• One year contract with a possibility of extension
• Pay rate: $40 hourly as a T4 employee. There is an option to work as an Incorporated Contractor if preferred
