Reporting to the Energy Operations Manager, the Petroleum File Maintenance Clerk is responsible for ensuring the overall accuracy and maintenance of the store price file; inventory maintenance and margin reconciling; receiving product into Tronia; receiving product into CRS mainframe; processing invoices and transfers; and reporting and reconciling.

Qualifications: Candidates must possess some knowledge of Petroleum products and a minimum of 6 months’ administrative, customer service, or previous file maintenance experience. Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel, are required; data entry skills are considered an asset. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work well within multi-generational teams, be self-reliant, goal-oriented, and learn new skills quickly and set and adjust priorities and schedules.

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Tronia and CRS Mainframe knowledge preferred
  • Computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to adapt to new technology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Outlook and Excel)
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong math skills
  • Exceptional internal and external customer service skills
  • Must be physically able to perform job functions: some heavy lifting required; crouching; squatting occasionally

Availability : Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.30 pm.
