Part-Time General Warehouse

Job Description

• This is a permanent Part time position located in our warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario with a minimum of 20-29 hours per week and availability needed to work a full day on Thursdays and Fridays.
  
  

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company (Canada) Ltd. is currently seeking a Part-time Warehouse Associate to join our team in our warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario. As a Part-Time Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of warehousing including but not limited to shipping and receiving. Our warehouse is open Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:30pm EST.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in pick, pack, and ship related products to end users.
• Assist in entering appropriate shipping methods whether courier or freight
• Assist in receiving products from couriers and freight company and executing appropriate return processes.
• Stock shelves with products as required
• Perform custodian duties to keep environment clean and healthy
• Understand and maintain database functions for operation
• Perform routine inventory checks for inventory counts and obsolescence
• Assist in periodic mailroom distributions to external customers
  
  

Working Conditions

• Sitting at desk - an avg. 1 - 2 hrs.
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs. 1-3 hours a day
• Ability to lift, bend, and carry products between 1 lbs. to 50 lbs
• Simple grasping and fine manipulation (both hands) 3-6 hours a day
• Power grasping, reaching above shoulder (both arms/hands) up to 1 hours a day
• When utilizing the pump truck -pushing/pulling up to 200+lbs up to 1-2 hours a day.
• Walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting at neck and waist up to 4 hours a
  
  

day.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs (23Kg)
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Effective communicator (written and verbal)
• Available a minimum of 20-29 hours per week (Full day on Thursdays and Fridays)
