This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and results oriented team within our IT Department. As a member of an international team, you are passionate about bringing the best user experience to the workplace, you will ensure business continuity by managing local infrastructure and technology lifecycle and partner with business stakeholders to support and co-create technology-enabled solutions. Reporting to the APAC Section Lead for Workplace Services Chapter, you will provide end-user support, including but not limited to:

About
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and results oriented team within our IT Department. As a member of an international team, you are passionate about bringing the best user experience to the workplace, you will ensure business continuity by managing local infrastructure and technology lifecycle and partner with business stakeholders to support and co-create technology-enabled solutions. Reporting to the APAC Section Lead for Workplace Services Chapter, you will provide end-user support, including but not limited to:
- Manage incidents and service requests, create and maintain a knowledge base and work with our shared services team to ensure customer issues are resolved within defined SLAs.
- Support Windows laptops and mobile devices (iPad/iPhones), including imaging, deployment and general technical support (Level 2).
- Provide support for printing services.
- Support and manage workplace infrastructure and technology lifecycle and asset management to ensure business continuity.
- Provide support for meeting room technology and facilitation of virtual meetings and events.
- Design and lead user adoption programs, training and communication campaigns to support end-user and customer digital enablement; including user onboarding and offboarding.
- Identify and lead workplace digitalization initiatives to elevate user experience and productivity.
- Actively participate within an above-country squad and chapter setting as part of our networked organisation.

- Diploma or Bachelor and above degree preferred but not required.
- At least 3 years of experience working in an Information Technology-related field.
- Experienced in providing onsite IT support and project coordination with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills with a good level of written and spoken English
- Innovative and creative problem solver, highly accountable, with a results-oriented approach.
- Have a strong interest in emerging workplace digital technology.
- Good communicator, good organisational and time management skills and interest in quick learning.
- Local Vendor Management.
- Can influence decisions within areas of expertise and ability to present technical solutions or issues to management, project teams and customers in non-technical language.
- Can lead onsite service implementation projects with minimal supervision.
- Exhibits intellectual curiosity and integrity, and has a strong passion to bring value-add technology to the business.
- Provide local and occasional offsite meeting and event support.
- Scope and lead small projects to meet business demand.
- Accountable for monitoring and improving user satisfaction.
