As a member of the Real Estate and Workplace Services function, the Project Specialist is responsible for executing on enterprise initiatives related to our employees’ and leaders’ workplace experience – in support of both the Workplace Strategy and Real Estate Strategy. As the Project Specialist you will provide your expertise by coordinating, tracking and managing high priority cross-functional Workplace project deliverables and supporting the planning process to ensure value and efficiency.

How You Will Create Impact

  • Collaborating with Workplace project leads to develop strategic deliverables and establish and capture all project details, including estimated timelines, priorities, contingencies and tactical scope for projects.
  • Developing and maintaining Project Management tools and coordinating the tracking of project management tasks to monitor scope, timelines and submissions to identify resource requirements.
  • Building and fostering positive working relationships with key stakeholders to meet strategic objectives.
  • Maintaining and optimizing the Project Management toolkit, workflows and database to enable continuous improvements.
  • Improving workflow and processes to create efficiencies through implementation and adherence to Lean processes and guidelines and project management best practices.

To Join Our Team

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in project co-ordination, project management, Construction, Design, Facilities Operations or a related field.
  • You have a post-secondary diploma in Project Management, Interior Design, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
  • You have expert knowledge of project management methodologies including Lean processes, procedures and best practices.
