As the Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will manage and optimize the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions, timely collection of outstanding receivables, and fostering positive relationships with clients, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.


What you'll do:

  • Primary focus is Canadian accounts receivable processing and supporting:
  • Transfers and claims
  • Cash applications
  • Collection communication with customers
  • Execute month-end tasks and reconciliations.
  • Assist with annual financial statement audit .
  • Resolve emails received in the AR inbox.
  • Support with customer invoicing.
  • Support weekly Canadian EFT draws from customers .
  • Routinely evaluate existing processes to identify efficiencies and make recommendations to senior team members.


What you have:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in accounts receivable.
  • Attention to detail is paramount .
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal .
  • Prioritization and management of multiple competing tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Keen interest in solving problems .
  • Operate as an owner and see issues and opportunities through to end state .
  • Ability to work independently and within a team is key .

The typical hiring range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
