Position Purpose
To provide operational and administrative support to the studio leadership, enabling the smooth execution of internal and external tasks, client and vendor follow-up, and organized document management. This role contributes directly to the order and efficiency of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize calendars and commitments for studio leadership.
- Follow up on tasks and processes with clients and third parties.
- Coordinate errands, technical appointments, and external site visits.
- Organize and keep the studio’s documentation up to date.
- Support administrative procedures, forms, and communications.
- Assist in managing invoicing, payments, and basic financial control.
- Attend project meetings and take notes on agreements and action items.
Requirements and Experience
- Proficiency with digital tools and office software.
- Previous experience in administrative support (minimum 1–2 years).
- Strong writing skills, organizational ability, and self-direction.
