Description

They are seeking an innovative and results-driven Digital and Marketing Manager to lead their digital strategy and drive impactful marketing initiatives across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, display ads, email, content marketing).
  • Lead brand-building initiatives across all properties and platforms.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.

Content & Branding

  • Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all channels.

Data & Analytics

  • Track KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, traffic, campaign performance) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms to optimize engagement.

Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead a team of marketing coordinators, graphic designers, and digital specialists.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and influencers.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a digital marketing leadership role.
  • Experience in hospitality, real estate, or multi-location businesses preferred.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong project management and team leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of website CMS (e.g., WordPress) and graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
