Description

They are seeking an innovative and results-driven Digital and Marketing Manager to lead their digital strategy and drive impactful marketing initiatives across our portfolio.

- Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, display ads, email, content marketing).
- Lead brand-building initiatives across all properties and platforms.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and promotional materials.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
- Track KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, traffic, campaign performance) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms to optimize engagement.
- Lead a team of marketing coordinators, graphic designers, and digital specialists.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and influencers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a digital marketing leadership role.
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, or multi-location businesses preferred.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
- Knowledge of website CMS (e.g., WordPress) and graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Results-oriented with a strong commercial mindset.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
