Communication Internship
- Collaborate closely with the Communications team to develop and implement content strategies and plans;
- Support the execution of various communication projects, including intranet and blog updates, newsletter and email creation, and regular article publishing;
- Design, write, and adapt engaging content (emails, speaking notes, Q&As, intranet pages, presentations, etc.) to inform and mobilize employees;
- Craft compelling stories and announcements that reflect our culture and priorities;
- Produce and analyze content performance reports (open rates, views, engagement metrics, etc.);
- Conduct research, analyze data, and provide recommendations to enhance our content approach;
- Proofread and edit content, coordinate translations, and contribute to various content-related special projects.
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor program with a Major in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or equivalent field of study;
- You have strong communications skills in French and in English, both written and spoken;
- You have a strong desire to learn and a can-do attitude;
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated;
- You are able to take direction and absorb information quickly;
- You are proficient in Microsoft Suite Office and the Adobe Creative Suite. HTML knowledge or web design experience is an asset.
