Contract type: Full time

Are you a strategic thinker with deep technical knowledge and a talent for building strong client relationships? Do you want to be the go-to person for helping businesses make smart, secure, future-ready technology decisions?
Superion Inc. is looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our growing team! This isn’t a sales job — it’s a trusted advisory role, where you’ll work closely with our existing clients to ensure their IT environments are healthy, secure, and aligned with their business goals. Think of it as a stepping stone to becoming a Virtual CIO.
Expected Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000/year depending on experience and credentials.
About The Role
As a TAM, you’ll take the lead on all things technical for your assigned client accounts. You’ll build long-term relationships, run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), help shape IT roadmaps, and collaborate with our service and project teams to deliver results. You’ll support quoting, solution planning, and service delivery — but you won’t be cold-calling or chasing leads. Your focus is strategic, consultative, and relationship-driven.
What You’ll Be Doing
We’re a fast-growing IT and cybersecurity company based in Cloverdale, BC. Our mission? Help Canadian businesses run better and safer with smart, secure technology. We’re serious about IT — and about creating a work environment that’s supportive, transparent, and full of growth opportunities.
At Superion, you won’t be just another employee — you’ll be part of a team where your voice matters.
