Benefits and Incentives

Vacation Leave Maximum 12 weeks per year May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including: Retention Premium 23.10% Retention Flat Fee $35,798 Relocation Funding Available $9,000 to 15,000 (TBD) Recruitment Incentive $20,000 Other Benefits/Incentives MOCAP (Medical On Call Availability Program) available on top of MSP billings. Rural Education Action Plan (REAP) funding available. Rural Continuing Medical Education (RCME) funding available. Moving allowance available: $15,000 if moving from outside of Canada; $12,000 if moving within Canada but outside of BC; $9,000 if moving within BC. (lump sum payment, no receipts required) Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) funding is subject to change without notice.
