Your Tasks and Requirements:
- This role will include all aspects of the CVT Capacitor Assembler position.
- Must have the ability to follow factory work orders, as well as understand and interpret product drawings, schematics and observe any special instructions.
- Must demonstrate the ability to converse, read and write fluently in English in order to follow verbal instructions and written documentation related to the position and the workplace, as well as complete required paperwork.
- Must be able to operate and adjust computerized/automated equipment (e.g. capacitor roll machines).
- Must be able to understand and conduct electrical discharge tests.
- Must follow Clean Room procedures.
- Must be safety and quality conscious and be a team player.
- Must be able to work on a shift rotation as required.
