Position Summary
CareRx is in an exciting growth phase and is seeking to hire a Pharmacy Assistant to join our Billing Team.
This is a full time permanent position and prior experience in specialty pharmacy is an advantage, but not required.

Compensation: $18.50 to $22.00 hour
Actual pay rate will be based on the individual candidate’s credentials and experience for the role with CareRx
Day-to-day tasks include:
- Perform billing entry operations
- Verify insurance coverage and understand relevant laws (training can be provided)
- Assist with Third Party audits
- Application and follow up for Special Authorization
- Entering new prescriptions in Kroll, PCC, and/or Catalyst as required
- Assist with phone calls and provide customer notes to clients/customer
- Day-to-day maintenance of our pharmacy operations both independently and in cooperation with teammates
