The Business Technology Manager is responsible for the effective operation of information technology (IT) services and support across the organization. This individual oversees IT project management, resource management, supervision of IT staff, as well as communication with the senior team, business unit leaders, and end users. The Business Technology Manager will support IT strategic and tactical planning, as well as identifying, selecting, and deploying the appropriate technology resources that will support corporate goals and objectives. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

The Following Traits And Qualifications Are Required
- Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in business, computer science or an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience required.
- 2 years of Management Experience or Progressive Leadership Experience.
- Strong Project Management skills
- Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Experience in managing Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Systems
- Experience in IT Infrastructure planning and development
- Strong Customer Service and troubleshooting Skills
- Strong negotiation, organizational and prioritization skills.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of Personal Health Information and Protection Act
- Knowledge of IT Management Principles
- Knowledge of Technology / IT Strategic Planning
- Knowledge of Business Processes and demonstrated ability to use technology to improve them
