Project Manager – Cybersecurity Projects

On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is looking for a Project Manager professional with experience working with Cybersecurity Projects on Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM), preferably Sentinel, along with other Identity and Access Management tools, which would be a great asset.
Responsibilities:
• Leading/managing transformational initiatives within the scope of the project;
o Leading change management efforts which includes identifying and assessing impacts technology for program/service delivery;
o Conducting consultations; o Facilitating and documenting key decisions;
o Communicating with key stakeholders;
o Project charter;
o Communication plan;
o Status reports;
o Schedule and resources;
o Project plan;
o Change requests;
o Risks and issues tracking log;
o Budget and financial plan;
o Lessons learned; and
o Operational hand off documentation;
• Project stakeholder engagement to develop, implement, and maintain structures for project governance and decision-making;
• Procurement and contractual agreements for the systems;
• Procurement management;
• Work with the Business Analyst and project team on the development of project requirements, scope and deliverables and ensuring the appropriate approvals are in place before proceeding with the project;
• The successful Proponent will review the current environmental state, via both documentation and information gathering and document any actions required to support implementation of the components and services; and
• Other materials as required by Government.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of seven (7) years of demonstrated experience related to IT Enterprise Project Management managing large-scale and complex system or security projects that have organization-wide impacts in a government organization including how the modernized IT structure and security will impact the delivery of programs and services;
• Extensive network, server, and cloud infrastructure/security knowledge and minimum three (3) year managing projects implementing these technologies;
• Experience in projects related to Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) preferably Sentinel as well as Identity and Access Management and other AI/Security related tools;
• Experience working with government organizations and experience in similar projects (as listed in each category);
• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment, establish priorities, and meet tight deadlines; and
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
