Job Description
Position will serve as technical service liaison between customer facilities and all functional departments of the Company. This position will be responsible for conducting press trials, troubleshooting, and rationalization for various product lines of Sun Chemical, in collaboration with the Technology Leader. This position will provide highly skilled technical service and product support to Canadian customers

Position will serve as technical service liaison between customer facilities and all functional departments of the Company. This position will be responsible for conducting press trials, troubleshooting, and rationalization for various product lines of Sun Chemical, in collaboration with the Technology Leader. This position will provide highly skilled technical service and product support to Canadian customers
Responsibilities:
- Work in collaboration with the sales and customers technical teams for technical audits, making product recommendations and follow through planned trials for winning the business.
- Investigate customer complaints, research through the technical literature, participate in the laboratory work giving technicians a sense of direction for what to look for, a high level input to assist customers in solving problems.
- Collaborate with the customer’s operational leaders to identify opportunities for product/process improvement in other words productivity projects. These projects contribute direct to customer’s bottom line and help raise Sun’s profile beyond a price point
- Manage all customer interactions on technology or otherwise on SFDC, improving communication internally and externally.
- Identify training needs of the customer press operators or others involved in the printing process or sales to improve their ink knowledge and help them make good decisions becoming more productive.
- Keep himself or herself abreast all latest industry developments/innovations in printing ink technology, equipment, substrates through attending seminars and other on line options.
- Other duties as required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum two to three years’ experience in similar environment,
- Strong computer, communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
