PROFILE
Seeking a professional and reliable career receptionist to be the face and voice of our office. You will be responsible for greeting and directing clients and taking incoming and outgoing telephone calls. This position receives some direction or guidance; most tasks and objectives are accomplished independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and direct clients and deliveries at reception desk.
- Coordinate scheduling of conference and meeting rooms.
- Book car and limousine rentals where needed.
- Keep visitors log and/or issue visitor passes.
- Receive and relay incoming calls, taking messages where necessary.
- Accept legal documents on behalf of the Firm.
- Place catering orders and complete billing information, before forwarding to accounting.
- Place collect and overseas calls and arrange conference calls.
- Any other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to communicate effectively with other Firm members, with the aptitude to take care of clients’ needs in a professional and courteous manner
- Experience managing multiple switchboard lines
- Capacity to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Able to prioritize and to redefine priorities when necessary
- Handle stress in a business-like manner
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- High School Diploma
