- Accepting New Graduates Licensed
- 1-3 years of experience is an asset
- Previous experience treating clients with physical, mental health and/or neurological conditions
- Ability to be autonomous; working both independently and as part of the team
- Experience supporting occupational rehabilitation is a strong asset
- Previous experience supporting auto insurance, long terms disability and WSIB referrals a strong asset
- A valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle
- Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
- Educating clients on topics such as pacing, pain, cognitive behavioral strategies and task modification strategies to help improve function.
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of professionals including physiotherapists, kinesiologists, psychotherapists, physicians and psychologists
- Participating in case conferences and case management
- Supporting return to work programs
- Utilizing e-charting software to document treatment sessions; submitting reports to stakeholders in a timely manner
- Managing caseload in a fast paced environment
