What We Need
We are looking for an Associate, Customer Service (New Vehicle Acquisition) to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients

Are you:
- Persuasive and able to influence without authority?
- Detailed- oriented
- Create new based vehicle profiles for our North American clients – over 7,000 per year
- Create year-over-year Fleet Spec Excel comparisons
- Support NVAC with research and client project requests
- Upload replacement plans, work with FPS/NVAC to resolve errors, and send out driver selectors
- Create Price & Configurations for Commercial for prospect & RFP request
- Other duties as assigned by NVAC Manager as needed, which may require surging to other areas when needed
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- College degree in business or related field (or equivalent business experience); 1-2 years of business experience preferred
- Proficient use of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Highest level of business ethics and personal integrity
- Excellent communications skills (oral/written)
- Knowledge of the Fleet/Automotive Industry preferred
