Project/Role Background
- Stream lead for SAP Commodities Management, responsible for leading a small team across Canada and LATAM through the implementation. This resource needs to be a driver and can lead the teams through the end-to-end lifecycle.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in SAP Commodities Management, with a strong emphasis on Sales and Distribution.
- SAP Energy or Mining experience is highly desirable, providing an advantage in understanding industry-specific challenges.
- Certification in SAP Commodities Management and Sales and Distribution or equivalent practical experience demonstrating expertise in the field.
- Proven track record in asset-intensive industries, showcasing an understanding of the unique requirements and processes involved.
- Facilitating design workshops to gather requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Managing the RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) Functional Specification lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical feasibility.
- Expertise in configuration design, documentation, and implementation within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.
- Hands-on experience in supporting testing activities, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate system functionality and performance.
- Proficient in data design and migration, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of data.
- Experience in cutover planning and Hypercare support, providing post-implementation assistance to ensure a smooth transition and address any immediate issues.
