Senior Scrum Master (SaFE)- Hybrid

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scrum Master with expertise in the Scaled Agile Framework (SaFE) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our agile transformation, fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our projects align with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of agile methodologies and a proven track record of facilitating successful agile practices at an enterprise level. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for mentoring junior Scrum Masters and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Your leadership will guide teams through the complexities of agile project delivery and enhance the flow of value to our clients.

In this role, you will

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews for multiple teams.
• Coach and mentor teams in agile practices and the Scaled Agile Framework (SaFE).
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-defined and prioritized, enabling effective sprint planning.
• Identify and eliminate impediments that may hinder the team’s progress toward goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage team members to participate in shaping best practices.
  
  

What You’ll Need To Succeed (required Skills)

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, with a strong understanding of Scrum methodologies.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Scaled Agile Framework (SaFE) certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Proven experience leading multiple agile teams and scaling agile practices across departments.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles, particularly SaFE.
