WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager, Key Accounts - Amazon US. In this role, you will manage our Amazon US account, executing high-impact commercial strategies to exceed KPIs, unlock new growth opportunities, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Toronto office.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager, Key Accounts - Amazon US. In this role, you will manage our Amazon US account, executing high-impact commercial strategies to exceed KPIs, unlock new growth opportunities, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Toronto office.
WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE
- Manage and execute a comprehensive online commercial strategy that drives the digital experience, maximizes sales, and achieves KPIs
- Partner with performance marketing to develop campaigns that drive traffic, enhance brand visibility, and increase conversion
- Analyze key online performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies to grow online sales through optimization efforts
- Enhance product detail pages by managing and optimizing content, including images, descriptions, and keywords, to enhance visibility, improve SEO, to drive higher traffic and conversion
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the account, ensuring seamless order management, customer service and inventory management
- Execute the assortment and content strategy in collaboration with brand and creative teams to enhance the digital experience
- Collaborate closely with the demand planning team to accurately forecast sales, ensure sufficient stock levels, and optimize inventory to meet customer demand
- Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly sales reports, revising strategies as needed based on actualized sales and market trends
- Exhibit a strong understanding of all drivers of business performance, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to consistently optimize strategy and execution across partners
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with the account, fostering collaboration and trust to drive mutual growth and success
- Direct working experience with Amazon is a must to be considered
- Proven track record of driving incremental revenue by leveraging sales insights, performance marketing, pricing, and product performance
- Strong problem solver and negotiator with excellent follow up skills and the ability to build solid collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to demonstrate well-developed business + analytical acumen and an understanding of how to implement/manage change
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, managing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
- Requires strong oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and team building capabilities with internal functional groups as well as with external partners
