As a Senior Manager – Client Delivery, you'll lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive strategic growth. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader with a passion for innovation, operational excellence, and client success.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage a diverse client portfolio, overseeing revenue, engagement, renewals, and successful claim delivery.
- Allocate and coordinate team resources to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on R&D tax credit opportunities and claim planning.
- Lead service line initiatives, driving excellence and innovation in delivery practices.
- Monitor project profitability, resource utilization, and timelines to optimize outcomes.
- Advocate for clients during audits, developing defense strategies and overseeing communications.
- Conduct quality control reviews, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Support finance in collections, managing outstanding accounts and client communications.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering professional growth and high performance.
- Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales on business development initiatives.
- Partner with Product Management to relay client feedback and suggest platform enhancements.
- Promote adoption of the Boast platform and new features, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute a Professional Development Plan to support personal and team growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive experience working in R&D tax credit programs, government incentives, or related domains.
- Strong background in the STEM industry, with a solid understanding of technical concepts and innovation processes.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering client-focused solutions in tax credits, grant funding, or similar areas.
- Proven track record in successful claim delivery and client management.
- Strong persuasive and influential communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management, accounting, and payroll systems.
- Experience representing clients during audits with successful outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel to client offices and conferences.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Mandarin are a plus.
