Job Description

As a senior 360 media planner, you will be responsible for shaping and executing media plans including all medias for our premier clients out of the Toronto office. Your role will involve pinpointing and engaging with target audiences, deriving relevant insights and in collaboration with the performance team, assessing the effectiveness of the campaigns.

Responsibilities

Media 360 Planning

  • Collect and analyze market data to extract relevant insights
  • Research & Identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits
  • Determine the optimal media mix for our campaigns (online and offline)
  • Optimize advertising campaigns
  • Allocate budgets and monitor costs
  • Stay updated on media trends both online and offline (TV/Streaming, Radio/Audio, OOH, Programmatic, Social + more), always keeping abreast of new media
  • Evaluate the success of media plans and campaigns
  • Collaborate with clients from Toronto and Montreal as well as their creative agencies, work closely with the digital performance and 360 strategy teams in Toronto and Montreal

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in media planning across all media channels, both online and offline, as well as in managing media creativity projects
  • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in communication, marketing, or a related field
  • Intermediate level in planning tools (Vividata, Comscore, NLogic, etc.)
  • Foundational knowledge of SEM, programmatic and social media buying/planning
  • Familiarity with using MMM is an asset
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google
  • Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is an asset
  • Experience in the retail, food, and CPG sectors (asset)
