Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Professional Services to lead our service delivery team. This revenue-generating role is pivotal in expanding our service offerings, enhancing project delivery, and maximizing client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to align services with customer needs while driving profitability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to grow the Professional Services division, aligning with DataStealth's overall business objectives.

Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of security consultants, project managers, implementation team, and technical specialists to ensure successful execution of customer projects. This includes a strong emphasis on team building, ensuring cohesion across diverse roles, and establishing a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Revenue Generation: Own the P&L for the Professional Services business line; drive service revenue through delivery excellence and scalable service offerings.

Process Optimization: Develop and refine service delivery processes to improve margins, utilization rates, and customer satisfaction. This leader will be expected to bring a process-driven mindset and build out repeatable frameworks that ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all engagements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to scope and propose tailored service engagements that align with customer needs.

Product Integration: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to package new offerings, provide customer feedback, and support technical integration of services.

Performance Metrics: Track and report on KPIs including billable hours, revenue, backlog, delivery timelines, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with security standards, methodologies, and best practices across all engagements.

Talent Development: Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent to support growing service demand.

Client Engagement: Lead strategic customer engagements and executive briefings as needed. Additionally, this leader will be handed the Project Management Office (PMO) and will be expected to take full ownership—refining existing structures, building out capabilities, and making it their own. Delivery of our projects is critical to our success, and this role will be central to ensuring consistent, successful outcomes for our customers.
