Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative in our Scientific team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with our technical and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service and fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a centralized point of contact for customer inquiries and coordination between multiple company branches, ensuring consistent communication and workflow alignment.
  • Provide detailed information about our services, including calibration and preventative maintenance offerings.
  • Take initiative in resolving customer and operational issues independently, using sound judgment to deliver timely solutions without requiring constant supervision.
  • Review work order management report and ensure work orders are being completed and invoiced within company’s guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies or recurring issues and implement corrective actions where appropriate.
  • Maintain strong organizational skills to balance multiple responsibilities and competing priorities across different branches.
  • Maintain accurate customer records.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a scientific or technical field.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is required.
