As a Skullcandy Advertising Coordinator you will support our growing marketing and sales efforts across eCommerce platforms, particularly Amazon. This role will play a critical part in tracking sales performance, coordinating promotional activities, and managing advertising campaign data. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally to help ensure product visibility, performance, and inventory availability are optimized at all times.

Primary Functional Responsibilities

Sales & Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor daily sales trends and product performance across key platforms
  • Pull and consolidate sales and advertising performance reports
  • Track competitor pricing and promotional activities to inform strategy
  • Maintain a keen point of view on sell-through forecasts to guide recommendations

Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination

  • Monitor inventory levels and flag low stock for Buy-Through Rate (BTR) submissions
  • Submit BTRs for new product introductions (NPIs) and replenish based on performance trends
  • Coordinate with fulfillment and supply chain partners to ensure timely stock availability

Advertising & Promotions Execution

  • Set up deals, coupons, and promotional offers upon receiving approvals from internal stakeholders and Amazon AVS
  • Ensure the successful and timely execution of monthly promotional campaigns
  • Assist in gathering ad campaign data and making performance updates for the Ad Manager
  • Coordinate review and feedback programs (e.g., Amazon Vines) in collaboration with internal teams

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, eCommerce, retail, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics tools (Amazon Vendor Central experience a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
